Striking Distance Studios / Character Technical Artist

Worked on a prototype for the studio. Responsibilities included rigging and skinning mechanical and organic creatures. Setting up dynamics using Unreal Engine 5 systems like RBAN, control rig, and cloth. Researched and documented the use of Mutable for modular weapons and characters.
Lost Boys Interactive / Technical Animator/Artist
SEPTEMBER 2022 - SEPTEMBER 2024
I was brought onto LBI to work on a WWII project to rig multiple heads and import them into UE4/5 and set up their animBlueprints. I also set up cloth and RBAN for the gear used on the characters. I was then moved on to multiple pitch projects where my duties involved rigging characters for UE5, setting up their animBPs and implementing dynamic solutions. The last project I worked on was with Amazon on New World. My duties consisted of Rigging and Skinning character skins for Lumberyard and implementing cloth dynamics in the engine. I also have made custom rigs for winged and digitigrade legged creatures for the game, as well as creating/editing python scripts as needed.
High Voltage Software / Technical Animator
MARCH 2021 - SEPTEMBER 2022
My duties at High Voltage are to rig and skin characters to be brought into the game engine. And once they are in the engine I am to create real time dynamics for it using AnimDynamic, RBAN and Control Rig. My other duties include fixing bugs on existing characters including performance bugs.
Monkey Chow Productions / Character Rigger
FEBRUARY 2020 - OCTOBER 2020
My duties at Monkey Chow included completely rigging characters from scratch including a full skeleton, controls, and blendshapes. I would also work on doing dynamics in Maya using nCloth and Hair physics.
